1) What personal accomplishment are you most proud of?
"I'd have to say my red seal journeyman machinist designation. It wasn't easy to get and I'm proud of the achievement. I take education very seriously and after 20 years in the business, I'm happy to have committed to this line of work from an early age."
2) What's one of your favorite past times?
"I love Jujitsu and practice it all the time - something many customers may not expect as they're used to interacting with me only in an office environment."
3) What will you never quit, ever?
"Travelling! Throw a dart at a map, I'm in."

"We've experienced slow and sustainable growth since 2006, which has enabled us to safely emerge into the industry and grow with it at a comfortable pace. The fact that we've experience early success is something we haven't taken for granted, not even for a second. We're aware of the changes in the industry and the expectations our customers have of us. "I'll echo Gareth's response and say education. Many people have one or the other: education or experience, but we're lucky to have both which has been a key to our success."
2) What's one of your favorite past times?
"I love to golf - anywhere, anytime."
3) What will you never quit, ever?
"The Oilers! Being born and raised in Edmonton, I'm as loyal a fan as they come!"
